The first article I wrote when I first launched this site An Unschooling Journey from Control to Connection has now been printed in Kindred magazine, although I have not seen a copy yet. I love that mag, but the readership is very Steiner/ Waldolf based and I’m not sure what the reaction will be to the article… I’m half expecting letters about why a pre seven year old child should not have so much choice because of cognitive and “incarnating” issues.

Other articles I wrote a while ago are also getting published. Rue Kream’s book review will be in the June edition of the Australian Homeschool magazine Education Choices and the article i wrote for Connections Unschooling ezine entitled Parenting is Making My Brain Hurt will be reprinted in the July edition of the excellent unschooling magazine Life Learning.

I’ve got plans for more articles in the coming months and thankfully it seems there is some demand for the ramblings of a slightly neurotic but well meaning dad who is trying to make massive shifts in parenting and therefore personality…
