Patty Wilpfler’s writing covers broad topics often pitched for a mainstream audience and has several recurring themes. These include letting go of control, focussing on connection with your child, allowing healthy “releases” in yourself and your children and more.

I find that much of her writing rings true with the path we aspire towards… and i particular like her attention and compassion to the parent as well as the child. If you are feeling inadequate or guilty about your parenting… her articles are a good place to go.
