Just ran across the link to your blog from the mothering.com website. I look forward to diving into the wealth of information here. So many topics here we have been investing ourselves into since birth of our first (now 5 1/2) and many others we are looking forward to learning more about.

So much of what you have here is where we are at (APing, GDing, NFL, conscious and simple living, etc) and so much is where we strive to be (plan to ‘unschool’). Your blog will be a great resource.

thank you Cherity… really nice to get such wonderful and generous feedback :) Your child (dd or ds?) is the same age as our daughter – if you ever feel like a post card swap maybe sign up for the Unschooling Around the World egroup. There is a link to it under the egroup reviews to the right. We are family #92 on the data base.
    thanks again,
    arun

I think the post card swap would be wonderful!

Our 5 yo is Owen and our 3 yo is Sebastian, both boys and busy, busy, busy!

I will definitely check out the eGroups. I plan to really dig into getting connected this summer to get ideas and support so that our unschooling experience, while not ‘structured’, will be purposeful.

My husband is Aaron. Would that be pronounced that same way as your name? Just curious…

    hi again,
my parents wanted something ambiguous so “westerners” would cope with my name. When i was in the corporate world (a long time ago) i used to explain it as – like “research & development” is called r&d. Try saying “r&” without the “d” :)
