Calling Byron Bay, NSW Homeschoolers!

We have recently moved near Byron Bay, NSW, Australia. Perhaps a region where alternative minds & lifestyles are more common than anywhere else in Australia yet apparently with few homeschoolers. Maybe due to the countless alternative/ community schools? If you have found this post and are homeschooling or interested in it and in northern NSW please contact us on 0435 828 573 as we are keen to support a vibrant homeschool (unschool) community here and are considering helping to initiate a local group.
Certainly for us one of the most fun, supportive environments we have found for our homeschooling journey was in Brisbane UnSchoolers (BUS) who we still aim to visit at least one a month. Individually the BUS crew are wonderful people and as a group they are a font of inspiration, fun and support. If you are in Brisbane and curious about unschooling we recommend you check them out…
